Deliveries

 Please find our delivery guidelines below:

  • Every effort is made to deliver according to your specified instructions, however, this cannot be always guaranteed.
  • Timed deliveries have to be agreed and approved by Hello Flowers in advance.
  • Please note for some suburbs an additional fee may apply. That said, we will try to keep the delivery fee as low as possible.
  • Delivery will be made by 7PM Monday to Sunday.
  • Different cut off times may apply for busy flower days such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
  • Cut off times for same-day delivery are 12PM WST Monday to Sunday and must be approved by us.
  • We do not deliver on some public holidays. Subject to TBA.
  • Please note some hospitals and wards do not accept flower deliveries. Should this happen to your order, we will contact you to discuss different options. We encourage you to check delivery options with the hospital first prior to placing an order.
  • Should the property be a gated or secure complex, it is your obligation to provide the recipient’s phone number at the time of the order placement. If re-delivery is required, an additional fee will be charged.
  • If you prefer to pick up your order in person, that can be easily arranged.
  • If no one is present at the time of delivery, your order will be left in the shade and in a visible spot. For offices, hospitals and aged care homes the order will be left with a receptionist.
  • You will receive a brief text message once your order has been successfully delivered.
