When you access, register or use the Hello Flowers website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, without limitation. Kindly note, when you use our website, you agree that you will be personally responsible for the use, communication and all activity on our website.

 

Purchasing

The purchase of Hello Flowers products is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into contracts on the Internet in accordance with the Western Australia laws.

You will be required to provide payment details. Therefore, you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, correct and that you are the person referred to in relation to the information provided or you have authority to make the payment on behalf of the party whose details you have chosen to provide.

 

Placing orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Be aware that the stock may change between the time you place an order and the time the order is accepted by Hello Flowers. If this is the case, we will notify you as soon as we know. Your purchase amount will then be refunded or stored as credit.
  • Hello Flowers is not responsible for any delays caused by matters not under its full direct control.
  • You accept that flower substitutions are unavoidable from time to time due to matters that are out of our control (bad weather, supplier’s late delivery or non-delivery etc.). Also, product substitutions may sometimes be required in wrapping paper, boxes, vases and ribbons.
  • Your order can be personalised. Simply call us and every effort will be made to meet your needs.
  • Hello Flowers will always attempt to replicate the product listed on the website as accurately as possible. Where this is not possible, we will substitute where necessary for the exact value paid by you, the purchaser.
  • If you prefer to pick up your order in person, that can be easily arranged.

Colours of products are as accurate as the website allows yet may differ due to the nature of photography.

 

Accepting Orders

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email or a text message acknowledging the acceptance of your order.
  • Hello Flowers endeavours to dispatch all orders and deliver on the specified date.
  • Orders placed after 2PM, will be delivered the next day.
  • We deliver Monday to Sunday.
  • Kindly note, we close for a period of time each year and we will advise accordingly by posting relevant dates on our website regarding those times.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event where:

  • there is shortage of product supply
  • we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment
  • shipping restrictions apply to a particular product
  • the product ordered is out of stock
  • the product ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn
  • you do not meet our eligibility criteria
  • We may refuse to accept a transaction for any reason and at any time at our sole discretion.
  • We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any of our products from our website.

 

Pricing Policy

All prices and offers displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. They remain valid as advertised.

All overseas customers acknowledge that the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your payment is processed. For example, for customers paying by credit card this will be the date your credit card company processes the transaction.
